With years of experience as a professional curriculum developer, I've dedicated my career to creating inclusive learning environments that consider neurodivergence, disabilities, and other diverse intersecting identities. My journey with ACS Consulting began with a profound passion for transformative change within the education sector and then branched out to nonprofit and for-profit businesses. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the impact of inclusive strategies on organizational success and community well-being, and how both are interconnected.
Driven by the belief that workplaces should prioritize the people who drive them, I founded ACS Consulting to empower organizations to create environments where everyone can thrive. Our mission is to foster inclusion and build healing spaces by challenging traditional business norms. By providing tailored DEI training, leadership development, and strategic planning, we help our clients achieve sustainable growth and lasting impact.

John-Marc Ormechea
Consultant

John-Marc brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strong background in process improvement to ACS. With years of experience in leadership positions in health care, food service, and industrial food manufacturing, and now serving on the leadership development team at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lansing, they have honed their skills in leadership development. John-Marc is actively involved in both the Leadership Development Committee and the Widening the Circle of Concern Committee at the UU Church, demonstrating his commitment to fostering inclusive and effective leadership practices.
Currently pursuing an MDiv in UU Studies and an MA in Theology and Religion at the United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, John-Marc combines his academic insights with practical leadership experience. His passion for exploring spiritual resistance through Punk Theology and Queer Theory is reflected in his co-editing of the zine "Altar Punk."
At ACS, John-Marc leverages his expertise in process improvement to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions, ensuring continuous organizational growth and development. His analytical approach, combined with his deep commitment to inclusive leadership, makes him a vital part of our team, dedicated to driving transformative change and supporting the success of our clients.
